Age Restriction: You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use the panens platform. Registration by any person under 21 years of age is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials — username and password — and for all activity conducted through your account. You must notify panens customer support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. panens shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
panens applies KYC procedures in accordance with internationally recognized anti-money-laundering (AML) standards. You may be required to submit identity verification documents — including a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method — at any point determined by panens, including but not limited to upon first withdrawal request, upon reaching specified transaction thresholds, or upon detection of unusual account activity. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is satisfactorily completed.
panens accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) via the following verified payment channels:
panens does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. The name on the payment account used for deposits must match the name on your registered panens account. panens reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or mismatched payment sources.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 for local bank transfers and e-wallets, and Rp 50.000 for international card transactions. No standard maximum deposit limit applies to fully verified accounts, though individual transaction limits may vary by payment method. VIP Gold members receive elevated transaction limits as part of their membership benefits.
Withdrawal requests to BCA, BRI, and BNI are typically processed within 2 to 5 minutes of approval. Other local bank transfers may take up to 10 minutes. E-wallet withdrawals are generally processed within 1 to 3 minutes. International card withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days depending on the issuing institution. All times are indicative and may vary. panens processes withdrawals 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, including Indonesian public holidays.
Withdrawals are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. Where a deposit was made to claim a bonus, the associated wagering requirement must be met in full before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be processed. panens reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests where fraud indicators are present.
Note: Bonus Funds credited to your account cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings derived from completed wagering of Bonus Funds — subject to the applicable rollover requirement — are eligible for withdrawal as real-money balance.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the panens platform are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside each offer. In all cases where specific offer terms conflict with these general Terms & Conditions, the specific offer terms shall prevail with respect to that offer only.
Unless otherwise specified in an individual offer's terms, Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier (e.g., 5x, 10x, 15x) will be stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms. Wagers placed on certain game types — including low-margin live casino tables and certain virtual sports markets — may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements as specified per promotion.
panens reserves the right to determine bonus eligibility at its sole discretion. Bonuses are generally available to verified accounts in good standing. panens may restrict specific promotions by region, membership tier, game type, or any other criteria. Bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting, arbitrage, and collusion — will result in immediate bonus forfeiture, balance confiscation, and account closure.
Bonus Funds and any associated free bets or free spins carry an expiry period that will be stated in the specific offer terms. Expired Bonus Funds are automatically removed from the account balance and cannot be reinstated.
All bets are subject to acceptance by panens. panens reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet — in whole or in part — at its sole discretion and without prior notice. A bet is not confirmed until the Platform has issued a bet confirmation reference number. Bets placed during system errors, misquoted odds, or clearly erroneous pricing may be voided by panens regardless of apparent confirmation.
All odds and prices are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Live in-play odds fluctuate continuously and accepted live bets will be settled at the odds confirmed at the time of bet placement. panens endeavours to offer competitive odds across all markets including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, and Timnas Indonesia fixtures.
Mix parlay (accumulator) bets combine multiple selections into a single wager. All selections must win for the accumulator to return a winning payout. Minimum and maximum accumulator selection counts, as well as minimum odds per selection, are set out in the specific sports betting rules available on the Platform. Voided selections within an accumulator are treated as non-runners and the accumulator adjusts accordingly.
All bets are settled based on the official result published by the relevant governing body (e.g., PSSI for Indonesian football, UEFA for European competitions, the relevant regulator for togel draws). In the event of a result dispute, panens' decision, made in good faith based on available official information, is final. Dispute claims regarding bet settlement must be submitted to customer support within 7 calendar days of the relevant event result being published.
